Sales Assistant - Electrical and Plumbing
1. Duties will include
1. Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
2. Able to work well under pressure and manage tasks effectively
3. assist customers with exceptional service
4. Provide quotations and estimations
5. Attend to customer enquiries
6. Implement and monitor the company policies and procedures
7. Report to management
2. Requirements
Matric
Knowledge of Plumbing and electrical products with a minimum of two years retail sales experience
Effective communication skills, and people skills
A team worker who is able to work well independently and with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and able to work accurately under pressure in the fast-paced retail environment
Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, public holidays, and events as per the operational requirements of the store.
NOTE: This store is a seven-day operation
