Job Description

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Assistant / PA with a solid understanding of farming practices and business dynamics. The ideal candidate will be based in or around the Rustenburg area and will actively seek out new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and promote our product range to farmers, retailers, and agricultural stakeholders. As well as doing a role as personal assistant to the Group CEO and Operations (12 months position)

• Background: Farming experience or strong agricultural knowledge
• Location: Must reside in Rustenburg area
• Personality: Highly motivated, self-starter, resilient, and passionate about sales and agriculture
• Work Ethic: Determined to succeed, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• ? Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agricultural sector
• Promote and sell charcoal, wood stone, and animal feed to clients across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, co-ops, and agricultural businesses
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential clients
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Personal Assisitant for CEO and Operations Manager.
• Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (agricultural sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of farming operations and rural business environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport (a must)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Fluent in Afrikaans and English
