Nature of employment:
The successful incumbent will be employed on a permanent basis after completion of a probationary period.
Experience
The successful incumbent will have at least one (1) or more yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a sales assistant
Experience within the paint industry will be advantageous
Minimum requirements for successful incumbent
- Valid drivers licence (Code 8)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Adaptability
- Reliable and dependable with sober habits
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Analytical and logical
- Ethical and trustworthy
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meeting the sales objectives
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Monitoring inventory/stock levels and ordering new items.
- Handling cash, POS and account sales daily
