Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Follow up with potential and existing customers to gather feedback and provide updates on products or services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions. Administrative Tasks: Manage and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and proposals. Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales staff. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' products. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers. Collaborate with the inventory or logistics team to fulfill orders and maintain stock levels. Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost sales. Help maintain marketing materials and ensure they are up-to-date. Sales Data and Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and finance to facilitate a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Adaptability and a willingness to learn about products and industry trends. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
