Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to gather feedback and provide updates on products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and proposals.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales staff.
Product Knowledge:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' products.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  • Collaborate with the inventory or logistics team to fulfill orders and maintain stock levels.
Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost sales.
  • Help maintain marketing materials and ensure they are up-to-date.
Sales Data and Analysis:
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and finance to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn about products and industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
