Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable advice on products and services. Maintain excellent product presentation and store cleanliness at all times. Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales targets. Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on promotions, new product launches, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills

A passed Matric Certificate Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required--enthusiasm is key! Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner. A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail. Able to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed. A team player who thrives on delivering results together.
