Our client is a fast-growing retailer of premium computer hardware and accessories. With thriving stores in Bellville and Brackenfell, they're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Sales Consultant who enjoys helping customers find the right solution and creating a memorable shopping experience.
What You'll Do
Welcome and guide customers in-store, providing informed advice on PCs, laptops, components and accessories.
Assess customer needs and offer the most suitable products and services.
Handle sales transactions quickly and accurately.
Keep shelves well stocked and displays appealing.
Stay up to date on product specs, pricing and current promotions.
Manage returns, queries and after-sales support professionally.
Play an active part in achieving individual and store sales targets.
What We're Looking For
Matric (Grade 12).
Previous retail sales experience, ideally in IT, tech or electronics.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
Friendly communicator with excellent people skills.
Service-driven, energetic and target-oriented.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
