• Conduct market research, canvass, prospect and acquire new clients.
• Focus on client engagement and development.
• Inspire a team culture with curiosity and drive for performance.
• Stage and show home and living spaces.
• Advertise and market properties.
• Manage promotional activities.
• Initiating projects to improve or expand our brand.
• Proactively build relationships with clients.
• Discover clients criteria and find suitable living spaces that fit their criteria.
• Negotiate property rentals and sales, and close deals with clients.

Minimum Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the real estate industry.
• Self motivated and entrepreneurial with no reservations about networking.
• Strong creative, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Track record of delivering ambitious growth in challenging external environments.
• People and client management experience.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Time management.
• Must have own laptop, mobile phone and reliable vehicle.
• Laptop must be available with the latest software.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R10,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

• High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
