Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Senior Sales and Operations Management within the Automotive Parts Industry
Degree in Business Management | Operations Management or similar required
Proficient in MS Excel and Projects | PowerPoint | Keynote | Google Analytics essential
Strong experience and background in Customer Relationship Management | Sales Data Analyses | Digital Marketing Techniques | Market Research Tools and Techniques | Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets | Report Writing | Performance Metrics Management | Strategic Planning
Strong ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Solid verbal and written communication skills crucial
Ability to negotiate effectively with Clients | Suppliers and Partners to achieve favourable outcomes for the Company
Valid Driver's License required
