Job Description

Motsepe Advertising is a fast-scaling, storytelling-first creative agency working with leading local and global brands. We are looking for a sharp, hungry Sales & New Business Executive who is built to hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close deals .



This is a pure performance role . You will be measured on revenue, not activity .

REQUIREMENTS

Key responsibilities:

New Business and Sales (Primary Focus)

Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract



Convert leads into paying clients



Drive:



Meetings



Pitches



Proposals



Deal closures



Negotiate scopes, and commercial terms



Maintain a live, accurate sales pipeline



Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with marketing managers, founders, and decision-makers



Manage early-stage client relationships post-signing



Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities



Represent Motsepe Advertising professionally at all times

Reporting and Accountability

Weekly pipeline reporting



Monthly revenue forecasting



Deal tracking from lead ? close



Conversion reporting



High activity without revenue is not considered performance.

Requirements

2 to 5 years experience in agency, digital, marketing or B2B sales



Proven deal closure experience



Confident pitch and presentation skills



Strong negotiation & objection-handling ability



CRM / pipeline management experience



Excellent written and verbal communication



Must be comfortable with direct leadership and performance accountability
