Manage the planning and execution of MICE events, ensuring client requirements are met.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and event management within the luxury hospitality sector.
Strong network of contacts within the MICE industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
