Job Description
Kingdom Blue funerals is seeking to hire highly motivated and experienced sales and Marketing Supervisors for our 8 branches in Johannesburg and 1 in Capetown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individuals to make a significant impact on our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth and achieving ambitious targets
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales agents. Plan and implement local sales and marketing campaigns. Supervise daily sales activities, team performance, and reporting. Build strategic relationships with community partners and organisations. Monitor agent onboarding, commission structures, and retention. Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track data and inform decisions. Drive brand visibility through activations, referrals, and outreach events
Requirements for the above:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and team supervision (preferably in insurance, funeral or financial services). Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Degree qualification or equivalence. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of digital marketing or field activations is an advantage. Must be comfortable with CRM systems and digital reporting tools. Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
