We are looking for self motivated and professional marketing /sales reps do do our social media and door to door marketing and generating leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Implement Strategies

: Create and execute sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Performance Monitoring

: Track sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.

Team Management

: Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, providing training and support to enhance their performance.

Campaign Development

: Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and advertising.

Budget Management

: Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

. Valid drivers license

Education

: A degree in Business Administration and marketing , or a related field is typically required.

Experience

: Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry, is highly desirable.
