Looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a 5* hospitality group in Cape Town!
Camps Bay | Permanent | On-site
Must have HOTEL experience in sales and marketing!
What you will do:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts.
