Job Summary Purpose of this role: To develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans to drive sales growth and maximise profitability. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, building customer relationships and overseeing all sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base and increase market share Set and achieve annual sales targets and forecasts Track sales metrics, analyse data and identify opportunities for growth Build and maintain customer relationships Lead and manage sales team Present sales reports to management Requirements: Proven sales management experience (approximately 5 years) Track record in achieving sales targets Results orientated Previous experience in FMCG sector would be advantageous Relevant qualification Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
