Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience
Must have knowledge and understanding of Automotive Components (Not negotiable)
Must have proven experience in sales and marketing management
Demonstrated experience building and leading high performing sales and marketing teams
Must have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, B2B Sales, Direct Marketing campaigns, and trade show management

Duties

Lead the development of sales and marketing team
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy
Recruit, train and lead new sales and marketing team
Lead the companys e-commerce initiatives - Overseeing the design and management of online sales platforms and increasing online revenue
B2B Sales
Marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness
Trade shows and events Planning and coordinating trade shows, exhibitions and automotive events to showcase products and network with potential clients
Market research
