Job Description
Job duties include (not limited to the following):
- Ensure the business goals and objectives are met.
- Develop / create targeted sales strategies.
- Set up sales plans.
- Be knowledgeable about the product / services.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- To generate new leads.
- To follow up on client requests.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and requirements.
- Sales-driven.
- Maintain company social media accounts.
- Confident and people-focused.
- Track market developments.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Clear criminal record.
- Proven sales record.
- Availability to take occasionally week-end and night shifts for special events.
- 1-year successful work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- High level communication and networking knowledge.
- Pre-employment background (credit, criminal and drug) check required.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suit.
- Be proficient in Microsoft word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Xero or MYOB packages would be advantageous.
- 3-to-6-month temp to perm contract.
- 45 Hour week including breaks. May be required to do some shift work.
- Some 12-hour shifts including nights and week-ends on a rotational basis.
- The candidate will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the demands of the team and their targets.
- The job will be a mixture of travel and office based.
