The Faircape Group constitutes a group of companies with interests in a number of activities including Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, Telecommunications, and an ISP, Utility Management and infrastructure installation, Property Management, and related activities.

The Faircape Group is recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for our Internet ISP and Fibre providing company, Faircom.

Faircom is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) that connects you to the Internet through High-Speed & Uncapped Fibre solutions, Wireless Fibre packages and VoIP connections.

The opportunity for growth is extensive within the Group - the candidate needs to be passionate about marketing and inspired by growth.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and lead digital marketing strategies to drive complementary growth and customer acquisition across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyse all relevant digital marketing KPIs and metrics, react quickly to underperformance and adjust the course accordingly if need be.
  • Use SEO principles to maximise copy's reach
  • Manage the planning, implementing and control of marketing campaigns across the brand
  • This role incorporates xe2x80x9ctrafficxe2x80x9d responsibilities wherein briefs are received from internal clients and allocated to the team
  • The role will require management of production in sourcing quotes, arranging campaign collateral, reviewing final output, liaising with external agencies and ensuring timelines are managed and communicated - fulfilling the role of campaign and project manager
  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Research and analyse target market, industry trends and competitors activities
  • Target specific market segments to increase sales revenue
  • Assessing the business needs of the relevant business units
  • Co-create a PPC and Social Media strategy, budget and implementation plan
  • Create engaging content for Social Media
  • Community management on social media platforms
  • Participate in crafting marketing, advertising and communication strategies
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyse data
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess return on investment and key performance indicator
  • Development of effective and creative digital marketing campaigns that contributes to the brands growth
  • Develop and on occasion produce creative concepts through the execution on assigned brands
  • Research and identify various creative opportunities
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and management as needed
  • Proofing and editing existing copy and adapting as required
  • Creating blogs ideas that need to go out to the website and on social media platforms
  • Relationship building with external stakeholders
  • Planning and project management of field marketing/activations will be required from time to time
  • Maintaining the front-end branding and copy of the website, as well as Chatbot
  • Maintaining product packages on FNO websites
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or a related major
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Experience in marketing in the ISP industry will be a distinct advantage
  • Must have hands-on campaign management experience
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Search Console
  • Extensive digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, running digital campaigns, lead capturing and SEO).
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to management
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Wordpress and Adobe programmes, e.g. InDesign, Illustrator and Photosop
  • Experience working with Wordpress

We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.

With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont.

Salary on offer is from R 50,000 Cost To Company per month. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience and other market related factors.
