THE ROLE

Marie Stopes South Africa is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to join our team. Ideally a person with proven experience in the healthcare sector and a track record of successfully developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy that will drive and increase sales volumes and revenue across all reproductive health services on offer.

A key focus of the role would be successfully establishing MSSA as a DSP of SRH services to medical aid schemes in the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AREAS OF FOCUS

Responsible for strategically driving marketing initiatives and establishing a partnership with all medical schemes in South Africa Use your marketing/brand development skills and talent to develop and launch innovative ways of reaching new market segments. Actively participate in key stakeholder meetings and prepare the pitch/presentations for new business opportunities and partnerships.

ABOUT YOU - COMPETENCIES

You are Pro-choice. 5+ Years' proven Marketing/Marketing Management/Sales experience A relevant Marketing Management qualification Ideally you worked in the private healthcare sector in a similar role and can demonstrate a track record of success. Excellent understanding of brand positioning and customer/client journey marketing. Proven Content and Brand Management experience Excellent Verbal, Written Communication and Presentation Skills Proven digital marketing and online platform management experience.

REMUNERATION

Market related salary commensurate with background and experience
