Oversee content creation, product packaging, and marketing materials in alignment with customer and brand requirements
Collaborate with R&D and Production on new product launches and value-added initiatives
Strategic Sales and Marketing Planning
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies and budgets aligned to business goals
Identify new market opportunities (local and export) and lead market entry and product positioning strategies
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial approaches
Sales Management
Manage and lead the Sales Team to meet or exceed sales targets across product categories and channels
Maintain key account relationships and lead negotiations with major buyers, distributors, and partners
Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and customer agreements
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental and individual objectives
Conduct performance reviews, training needs assessments, and succession planning
Reporting & Analytics
Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing performance reports to EXCO
Track ROI on campaigns, promotional activities, and key account strategies
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure consistent engagement with clients to maintain satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
Monitor customer service levels and address service or product quality concerns with relevant departments
