The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability, with a strong focus on strategic account management, business development, media management and client retention and growth--particularly within the Cleaning service sector. The candidate will be required to manage all social media accounts, come up and implement marketing strategies for new and existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Selling and managing company product, services and solutions to customers
Meeting Sales budgets
Customer Relationships Management
Lead and support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the industry
Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and identify new revenue streams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
Requirements:
A Experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a proven track record in these areas.
A background in research, insights, or new business development within a market research agency.
Proficiency in CRM systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.
A strong passion for collaboration with people and teams, focusing on delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
