Job Description
Minimum Education: Matric
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years strong admin experience
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
- Responsible for updating and managing the databases within the companies IP
- Capturing all third-party project reports and updates from relevant team members
- Post event mailers, after an event capture and update databases. Passing on any additional requests to relevant people
- Update the POPIA databases
- Capture all internal lead generation enquiries
- Online event registration, capture, filter, and report
- Sample organization for sales teams
- General admin work
- Population and generation of reports and databases from databases
