Key Responsibilities
Sales Consultant / Executive
Cold-calling and prospecting
Attending meetings and presentations with HR/Skills Managers
Submitting proposals and quotations
Meeting monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Understanding SETA learnership requirements to pitch properly
Business Development Manager
Identify funding opportunities (e.g. SETA discretionary grants)
Build partnerships with corporates and government departments
Manage large tender submissions and RFP responses
Build reseller or affiliate networks
Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketer
Design and execute email campaigns
Promote via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups)
Update website and manage course calendars
Prepare course brochures, flyers, and multimedia content
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
1. Educational Qualifications

National Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Short Courses in Digital Marketing or Sales Strategy
2. Relevant Skills Training & Certifications
Sales & Marketing Certifications
Digital Marketing Certificate (Google Digital Garage, Facebook Blueprint, or Udemy)
CRM Systems Training (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Sales Management or B2B Selling Techniques (UCT GetSmarter, LinkedIn Learning)
SETA-Related Knowledge (Highly Recommended in Training Sector)
Basic knowledge of the South African SETA landscape
