We are currently looking for a

Sales and Marketing Agent

to join our growing team and help turn inquiries into memorable African adventures.

About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in traveling with My Pulse In Africa. Your role is to build relationships, understand client needs, and confidently convert leads into confirmed bookings while representing our brand with warmth and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, travel, and people and is motivated by results and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to travel inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable tours and experiences Present and sell curated African travel packages and private itineraries Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to booking Track client information, payments, and sales activity accurately Upsell add-ons, upgrades, and extensions when appropriate Collaborate with the operations team for smooth booking handovers
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, travel sales, tourism, or hospitality (preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident closer with a customer-first mindset Highly organized and comfortable working with targets Passion for Africa, travel, and cultural experiences Ability to work independently and remotely
