The Sales and Leads Desk Coordinator is a vital frontline support function responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries and coordinating lead handling activities for the leasing team. This role ensures leads from various sources (calls, web, listings) are responded to timeously, qualified and allocated to the appropriate leasing executive. The coordinator facilitates appointment scheduling, maintains system data integrity, and ensures excellent client communication. The position is instrumental in enhancing responsiveness, conversion tracking, and overall leasing performance.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with clear telephone etiquette that is comfortable being on the phones all day. The successful candidate should be able to deal with high call volumes and be driven by interactions with others. This individual will succeed in a culture that values hard work, speed (rapid execution), collaboration, and accountability. A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Lead Coordination
Management of all in-bound leads, including call-ins
Allocation of leads to applicable team members on a daily basis
Assistance with coordinating and scheduling of viewing appointments in collaboration with Park Managers
Communication and following up on lead conversions
Lead Administration
Performing and concluding necessary vetting procedures on leads
Tracking and data capturing of required lead information and processes
Tracking feedback from leads and identification and communication of trends and themes that emerge towards optimisation and improvements
Leasing Department Support
Provide support and assistance as required
Client Relations
Ensure the highest level of client service is met at all times and that all clients, potential and existing, are addressed with tact, courtesy, and professionalism
Understand our clients and their commercial needs and lease agreement requirements
Assist in communicating with clients on applicable queries and complaints and provide prompt and positive feedback and solutions
