Minimum Requirements:
Completed business related degree would be advantageous.
5 or more years sales experience.
2 or more years marketing experience (Knowledge of social media marketing).
Previous management/ supervisory experience.
Basic accounting skills.
Understanding of logistics process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
New business development and key account management
Support the sales and marketing function in the creation and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies and initiatives.

Operational Management:
Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of various operational activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and achievement of shared goals.
