Job Summary o Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. o Display, market, promote and assist in selling real estate using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. o Prepare necessary paperwork (Sales Agreements, SLA's, Contracts, Consent Forms, FICA documentation etc.) o Promote sales through marketing activities, client engagements, show days through the supervision of the Marketing Manager. o Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. o Communicate and liaise with transfer and bond originators, banks, conveyancers, and home inspectors. o Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires. o Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) o Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. o Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success. Requirements o Must have Matric (Grade 12) o 2 year's experience as a property sales agents o Good understanding of sales administration and marketing principles.
