Sales Agent (with Accounting Background)
Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge and proven sales ability. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, promote company products or services, and ensure financial accuracy in all transactions Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Task and Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products or services to existing and new clients.
Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and financial reports.
Assist clients with payment processes and credit terms.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and manage collections.
Maintain good client relationships to drive repeat business.
Monitor sales targets and provide performance reports to management.
Bookkeeping and financial record management
Invoicing and reconciliations
Basic financial analysis and reporting
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
CIPC
