Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries to generate new business opportunities Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster customer loyalty and increase sales
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role in a retail environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets Great attention to detail and organizational skills * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
