Job Title: Experienced Outbound Sales Agent - MTN Campaign

Location: Randburg, Gauteng (In-Person)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers. Promote and sell MTN telecommunications products and services. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Accurately capture customer information in company systems, including compliance and the ILULA system. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach. Participate in ongoing training and team development.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years outbound sales experience, preferably in Telco sales (mobile, fibre, data, etc.). Previous experience working on the MTN campaign. Solid product knowledge, including compliance and systems understanding. Experience with the ILULA system is essential. Matric (Grade 12). Must be able to reliably commute to Randburg. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Employment subject to background checks, where applicable. Must be available for interviews.
