Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen the Done Properties brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property management or real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new clients (HOAs, Body Corporates, and property investors) Build and maintain strong client relationships Present Done Properties' services professionally to trustees and boards Assist with marketing strategies, online presence, and client communications Collaborate with management to meet growth targets Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, estate administration, or real estate Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional, self-driven, and results-oriented Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Remuneration Salary and performance expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
