Job Title: Sales Agent

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to keep up-to-date with the latest developments.

Requirements:
Matric qualification or equivalent. Proven experience as a sales agent or similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High level of motivation and drive to achieve targets.
