Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales & Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team at a well-established firewood supply company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing deals over the phone, and takes pride in offering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on current client orders and coordinate delivery schedules. Convert hot leads into sales via telephone with professionalism and urgency. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Maintain accurate records of communications, sales, and follow-ups. Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone. A proactive, hard-working, and ambitious attitude. Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets. Previous sales or client service experience is a strong advantage. Self-motivated with a desire to grow within a reputable company.
