Sales Agent
Job Description
Fin Support SA, a registered Debt Review company is seeking the ideal candidate for our outbound sales team. Your role will use cold calling techniques to contact over-indebted prospective clients to sell our Debt Review services.
The ideal candidate would need to have cold calling sales experience and a steady track record of meeting sales targets.
This is a full-time sales position offering a basic salary with an uncapped sales commission structure in place. Basic salary starts at R4 500.00.
Essential Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 3-5 years outbound sales experience,
- Debt review sales experience is a plus
- Confident telephone manner,
- Idocs experience,
- Finwise experience,
- High level of professionalism
Desired Qualities:
- Excellent written communication skills,
- Interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills,
- Confident, and driven personality to actively meet set sales targets,
- Accuracy and detailed orientated,
- Ability to perform well in a highly pressurized, target and timeline driven environment
