Sales Agent
Job Description
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Accurately capture customer information and update records on the system.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and management.
Minimum requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer literacy.
Previous sales or call center experience (advantage)
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From R3000,00 per month
Work Location: Remote
