Role Overview

We are seeking professional, results-driven Field Sales Agents to represent our funeral insurance offering in assigned territories. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset who are comfortable working in the field, engaging directly with clients, and operating in a

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field-based sales activities to acquire new funeral insurance policyholders Engage potential clients through face-to-face prospecting and community outreach Explain funeral insurance products clearly, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards Complete policy applications and documentation accurately and timeously Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain professional client relationships and provide ongoing product support Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in field sales (insurance or financial services advantageous) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment Professional appearance and conduct Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence (advantageous) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends where required
