We're looking for a self-driven and customer-focused Outbound and Cruise Sales Agent. As an Outbound Cruise Sales Agent, you'll make outbound calls to existing clients and prospects who have expressed interest in our cruise packages. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to:
Existing clients who have booked cruises with us before.
Prospects who have requested quotes or expressed interest in our cruise packages.
2. Provide personalized cruise recommendations and tailored itineraries.
3. Promote and sell cruise packages, upgrades, and add-ons.
4. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Stay up to date on cruise industry trends, new destinations, and ship launches.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
8. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
