Assist customers with credit-related inquiries, loan applications, debt recovery, and payment options
Explain financial products, credit terms and maintain a professional brand image
build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional brand image
meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets related to sales collections and customer satisfaction
comply with all relevant legislation, including the Customer Protection Act and POPIA
Maintain confidentiality and always protect sensitive customer information
Resolve customer complaints and conflicts effectively, escalating issues when necessary
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with product knowledge and compliance standards
Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
