Calling warm & cold leads Engaging with digital inbound leads instantly Using AI-enhanced systems to guide conversations & boost productivity Understanding basic client needs and explaining simple financial solutions Handling objections with confidence Keeping CRM notes updated Using diallers and live chat platforms

What You Need:

Matric 1-2 years contact center or digital sales experience (Advantageous) Clear written & verbal communication Fast typing + ability to multitask Target-driven, ambitious, and excited about digital tools
