Call Centre Sales Agents - Legal & Tax Services - Century City, Cape Town

We provide our members with affordable subscription-based services that enable them to access professional advice, assistance and insurance cover through a focused suite of products ranging from legal expense insurance, funeral policies and hospital cash-back cover. These are complemented by a range of value-added services spanning tax, debt, trauma and educational services. Our purpose is to be a companion to all the people of South Africa. We are currently looking for Sales Agents to join our team!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Telephonically contact leads Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner Adhere to internal sales processes Meet and exceed personal and team targets Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customers' best interest Always promote 'Best Practice'

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification Minimum of 1 year sales experience (Advantageous) Exceptional listening skills Computer Literate Proficient written and spoken skills
Work hours are Mon-Thurs: 08h00-16h30 and Fri: 08h00-15h30

Salary: R4600 per month plus commission and regular incentives!
