Vetma Consultants is a fast-growing business consulting and digital solutions company helping small and medium enterprises launch, grow, and scale. We provide business registration, marketing, branding, web & IT solutions, and compliance support to clients across South Africa.

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated, experienced sales agents to join our team immediately. This is a hybrid role, combining sales and consulting. You will communicate with leads and clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp, converting inquiries into paying clients while providing guidance on our services.

You will:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from a shared business number. Engage with leads from multiple sources (ads, referrals, website). Qualify and convert leads into sales. Provide consultation and support for clients after purchase. Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM. Assist clients with understanding packages, services, and next steps. Follow up on pending leads to maximize conversions.

Requirements

: Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or business consulting. Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus). Strong communication skills in English. Ability to manage calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally. Self-motivated and target-driven. Reliable internet and computer setup for remote work.

Compensation:

Base salary + commission per closed sale. Opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance. Role combines sales and consulting for added incentives.
