This role requires the incumbent to interact with customers, offer guidance, point out products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions. Their primary responsibility is to facilitate sales through explaining the features and benefits of products to customers to assist them in making purchasing decisions. In so doing they are required to maintain an in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible to support purchasing decisions and ultimately to drive sales within the branch.
You may be required to assist with duties outside of your core role to support the business in driving sales and managing the debtor's book. This could range from assisting in displays/promotions, maintaining general housekeeping to supporting with other store related activities.
