• You will have proven experience in a similar role. Previous targeted sales and customer service experience is essential.
• A skilled and driven customer service and sales professional.
• Youxe2x80x99ll thrive on beating and exceeding sales targets and have strong sales skills xe2x80x93 but youxe2x80x99ll always make sure that the customerxe2x80x99s interests come first.
• You understand the customerxe2x80x99s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport and demonstrate empathy when needed through your excellent communication skills.
• Youxe2x80x99ll be a confident multi-tasker who can hit multiple targets whilst being resilient and show a great team spirit!

Our working hours are as follows:

• 10h00 xe2x80x93 20h00
• 11h00 - 21h00
• 12h00 xe2x80x93 22h00
• 3 shifts xe2x80x93 rotational inclusive of weekends

• Sales Ability (strong skill set in objection handling, building rapport, needs analysis, fact finding)

• Attention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actioned.

Experience & qualifications required:

• Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification
• Min 12 months outbound/ Inbound sales experience (local / international)
