Our client is a renowned South African manufacturer and exporter of premium, custom-made mosquito nets. Their elegant designs and exceptional craftsmanship are trusted in private homes and luxury lodges across Africa, the Indian Ocean Islands, the Caribbean, and Europe.
From humble beginnings in a small wendy house with one seamstress, the company has grown into a dynamic workshop employing 25 skilled professionals--including cutters, seamstresses, tailors, carpenters, designers, quality controllers, and a dedicated administrative team. Today, it is a respected household name in the Interior Design and Decor industry.
They are now looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Sales Administrator to join their team in Stanford, Western Cape.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative, purpose-driven environment with a team that values quality, service, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:

• Work full-time, Monday to Friday in the office.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Complete all sales processes: including enquiries, design, quotation, order, invoicing, payments, dispatch, and client signoff.
• Meet and greet walk-in clients, interact with clients via phone, email & WhatsApp.
• Deliver on our promise to the client of the finest mosquito nets in Africa and beyond.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience.
• Interior design/Hospitality/Textile industry experience required.
• Attention to detail and good with numbers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
