Sales Administrator
Our client a company that specialises in the manufacturing and distributing of chemical solvents, based in Pretoria East, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team in a mostly remote role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible working environment and enjoys balancing client communication with administrative support.
Minimum Requirements:

Essential: Matric (Grade 12).
Essential: Foundational accounting knowledge and experience in basic financial processes.
Essential: Familiarity with Xero accounting software or a similar platform.
Beneficial: Own vehicle and Valid Drivers License.
2+ years' experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage internal communication with clients, including responding to inquiries and following up on reviews and orders
Log and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update online sales accounts and portals
Respond to incoming emails in a professional and timely manner
Handle creditor-related tasks, including capturing supplier invoices and processing payments
Monitor and track payments, assist with basic cash flow administration
Support the sales team with day-to-day admin functions, reporting, and coordination
Provide general administrative assistance as required by the team
Ensure accurate record keeping and filing of relevant documents
