Key Responsibilities:



Stock Coordination

: Oversee stock planning to ensure effective stock management across all stores.

Sales Monitoring

: Assist with daily sales tracking, conduct grid checks on Sage Evolution, manage backorders, and monitor lay-buys.

Error Analysis

: Identify and analyze weekly errors across sales teams to improve accuracy.

Sales Reporting

: Support the Sales Operations Manager in distributing weekly sales figures to the relevant teams.

Training Manual Maintenance

: Ensure training manuals are regularly updated to reflect current procedures.

SOP & System Updates

: Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and manage system-related tasks.

Staff Training

: Provide training and coaching to new staff on Sage Evolution.

Roster Management

: Ensure accurate monthly planning of sales team rosters, aligning with required working hours.

Email Management

: Compile and forward product, courier, and marketing-related emails to the appropriate personnel.

Meeting Minutes

: Capture and document minutes from customer service and other sales-related meetings.

Customer Support

: Assist sales teams in managing dissatisfied customers effectively.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to the company's terms and conditions of sale in stores.

Product Knowledge

: Implement and monitor product knowledge forms and reports.

Store Checklist Monitoring

: Monitor weekly store checklists, investigating non-indicators, addressing comments, and providing support where necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Advanced computer literacy skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong administrative skills.

Experience:



Solid understanding of sales management functions, including strategy, operations, and analysis. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role. Experience with Sage Evolution is highly advantageous.
