Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator

  • Process customer sales orders
  • Handle invoicing and billing
  • Assist customers with information about products and orders
  • Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage shipping and order fulfilment documentation
  • Support other administrative tasks related to sales and logistics
  • Maintain organized records
Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum 2 years relevant experience,
Proficient in MS Office
Pastel Evolution experience preferred
Ability to manage and analyze data
