Sales Administrator
Job Description
o Assist walk in clients
o Preparation of stone quotations to clients
o Liaising with clients and suppliers
o Take measurements on site
o Prepare costings on projects
o Managing projects details
o Assist with procurement of materials
o Assist with details for the fabrication of stone products
o Manage administrative requirements of projects
o Working with installation teams on project specifics
o Work together with office staff for the preparation of documents, site materials, etc.
o Site supervision where necessary
o Work together with Health and Safety Officer where projects have special health and safety requirements
o Drafting communications
o Assist in the preparation of invoicing, statements, and customer account management
o Ad hoc tasks as required by Business Development Director
Qualifications / Requirements
Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings Experience with drawing and optimisation software Order Processing and Sales abilities Administrative and project management skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the stone fabrication or construction industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Administration or related fields are advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R13000,00 - R16000,00 per month
