Job Description

Setting up meetings for the sales department
Track, monitor and follow up on pending client proposals
Assist in the drive to achieve monthly targets
Regular liaising with key account/s
Maintain strong relationships with customers, liaising over the phone and email
Updating of information on CRM
Daily and monthly reporting
Basic data analysis
Query resolution relevant to client and key accounts
To deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
Attending meetings when necessary
Keeping of minutes for all meetings
Following up on allocated tasks given by management
Book and plan all corporate travel for the Sales and Marketing Department
Grade 12/matric
Two to four years' experience in sales admin
Confident, customer-focused telephone manner and the ability to communicate with customers at all levels and cultures
Strong communication skills
Proven track record in a sales administration position
Experience as a personal assistant in a sales environment
Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook
The ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills
High-level accuracy and precise attention to detail
Time management
Excellent planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
Good project management, problem-solving, negotiation skills
