About the Role

We are looking for a detail?oriented and customer-focused

Sales Administrator

to support our sales operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow within the team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. Assist with customer service by responding to enquiries and providing product or service information. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Track and update sales reports, performance dashboards, and order statuses. Assist with quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance across all sales documents and processes. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and sales documentation using Microsoft Excel. Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and follow?ups where required.

Requirements

Proven experience in

Sales

or

Customer Service

. Experience in

Sales Support

or similar administrative roles. Strong

Administrative

skills with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge or experience in

Quality Assurance

will be an advantage.

Telecommunications industry experience

(advantageous, but not mandatory). Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
